I thought i recognised it. I put my camera on self timer when I was there, rushed into photo and nearly fell 60 odd feet to an early grave. somebody had the foresight to catch me just in time.
……. did the shutter catch the moment? Or did you recover the whole situation in the time the shutter fired to make it look as if everything was serene (whilst your heart was beating at 19 to the dozen)? 😉
No, the shutter released a few seconds later. It was were you could look across to all the makeshift “housing” on the opposite hillside. from memory locals effectively live in caves a mile from this splendid garden.
