This type of scene always makes me think of my mother-in-law who had a painting of such a scene. She was from England and knew well the spring woods of bluebells.
🙂 – There is something about a bluebell wood, especially when it’s a calm day with clouds gently skidding across the sky – the alternating shadow and light.
Thank you. Indeed, I suspect similar scenes can be had all over the world, it is nothing special … except it’s in my part of the world and now represents a scene that no longer exists…. I when there yesterday and all the blue bells have died down.. Next year the trees, brush, and other plants will alter the scene – and I will be a year older…..
Very well exposed. Looks like an overcast day.
Thank you. As it happens, I’ve cropped a little from the top of the frame because the white sky was poking through the trees.
I like the curving path and forest is so inviting.
Thanks!

I’m flattered that you think my photography worthwhile when there is so much wonderful photography out there. 🙂
Love overcast days for photography. These woods look just like the areas around where I live. Nicely done.
