I don’t think I ever saw so many together! Really nice photograph of them against the bark. Nice light too.

Although I’ve been told we can see various sorts of fungi all year round, I only tend to notice them this time of year.
It seems to be a bumper year for them.
The foraging folk will be happy then!

I don’t know whether you can eat them, but I wouldn’t have taken them anyway – so that others could enjoy them.
