Nice work !!
What a phenomenal shot! Wow! xxoo, Amy
Thank you, Amy!
You are welcome!! (((HUGS)))
At first glance I thought that was a small waterfall. 🙂
🙂 – I can see where you are coming from. Had there been water from this spot I think they would call it a Holy Well – as there is very little higher ground in the vicinity!
This must have been where the Cyclops lived … Great photography!
🙂 – I like the way your imagination works!
Thank you. I live very much alone at my age (77). Imagination is very important to me, and also making connections with myth or history or fables when I see a striking photograph.
At the beginning of my second year at Uni, I was suffering from ‘photographer’s block’ – I just couldn’t get into the groove. My lecturer, who knew me quite well by then, suggested I read some gothic poetry (if that’s the right term) – in particular ‘Sir Gawain and the Green Knight’. Not being any kind of poetry lover, I did…. problem solved…. though nowadays I wonder if my photography isn’t a little overly influenced by tthat simple exercise! I have since read a number of really early novels to bolster my imagination in that area.
