Out for a ride on my bicycle this morning, I visited a ‘derelict’ building, the door and window of which featured in an earlier post. (https://stephenhip.wordpress.com/2014/08/13/none-have-entered/). I’ve missed the optimum day for the ivy by the looks of it – and it’s going to be a long wait for another opportunity! The sun is much lower this time of year so the shadows of the trees are a bit more of a problem.

Lovely
Thanks!
This is just so beautiful!
Thank you!
What a fabulous place!
Yes, it would be nice to ‘do a number’ on the buildings, but they are private and have some sort of security guarding.
I’d have to keep going back to that place, I can’t resist.
🙂 – it’s actually right at the end of one of my routes for my cycle training so I visit it quite regularly.
This place is beautiful.
Indeed!
Good work, Stephen…I love the lines the overgrowth provides rignt up to the window.
Thank you.
Had there been no red leaves, I suspect it would have been reduced to a black and white image – relying on those lines against the man made angles and lines.
Gorgeous shot!
Thank you!
