Whenever I do my photography thing, it’s usually the light that attracts me to a subject first. We can bring light to a subject but it never seems to have the same feel as natural or existing light.
Indeed, this is in a church (nothing surprising there then!) so there is a reasonable chance that one of the windows will be focussed through the water in the jug.
